Chester, PA. – from. In celebrating the month of women’s history, the Philadelphia Union hosted the women’s health and welfare festival at Sabaro Park.
The program was for all women and participants were provided with many different information titles, including health screening, exercise sessions, technology and women -based health seminars, including other sessions.

The Philadelphia Union hosted its women’s health and fitness festival at Sabaro Park as part of its celebration in the month of women’s history.
The program focuses on solving the unique needs of women’s health in Chester and surrounding areas.
During the event, participants were able to take advantage of many resources and shopkeepers who specialize in health screening, interactive sessions, Kovide 19 and Flow vaccine information, exercise sessions and seminars on health -related topics.

“It is important for us to have a safe place and be able to get ideas from each other, just meet other women who have the same problems as we have,” says Rasa Holland, who attended the program.
“Women … we take care of everyone so now it’s something to take care of us. Sometimes you have to take a minute to say, ‘Well, take care of me,’ because if you don’t care yourself, you can’t take care of everyone.
