Israel has allowed thousands of people to return to Gaza for the first time in more than a year after Hamas agreed to free a civilian hostage. This follows the release of four female Israeli soldiers on Saturday and six more will be released in the coming days. NBC’s Raf Sanchez reports for TODAY.
