Who is Andrew Dawson? Armed man shot by Secret Service just outside White House identified

The individual, later identified, was on the radar of local law enforcement agencies even before the shooting, Andrew Dawson, 27 -year -old Indiana resident, Andrew Dawson.

Dawson was carrying both knives and a firearms when he faced secret service agents after midnight, just one block from the West Wing, New York Post.

Sources said that North Manchester, a resident of Indiana, is located about 100 miles north of Indiana Paul – which was described as “suicide” before traveling to Washington, DC, based on intelligence provided by Indian officials.

Authorities suspect that he was intended to “commit suicide by a policeman”.

The firing took place near the Eisenhower Executive Office Building when agents responded to the warning.

According to Indian court records, Dawson was already arrested in 2018 for possessing marijuana and drug goods, but he had no other criminal history.

He was taken to a Washington DC hospital, where his current condition is not known.
