With the spring break season in the swing, many people are going to leave for holidays or escapes, but before traveling you may find some safety concerns.
According to the Chicago Department of Aviation, the Spring Break Travel Season began on Thursday by March 31.
Although holiday time is usually done only in resting and enjoying low stress activities, the recent disappearance of the University of Pittsburg student Sudshakki has highlighted the importance of being aware of the potential dangers while living in a foreign country.

Travel advice gives details of potential risks and points for specific passengers from each country, and they are labeled at the level of caution during the visit.

Konki was in the Dominican Republic for spring break when missing. In recent weeks, his disappearance has attracted a large scale, though it has been exactly what is not yet clear.

For everyone coming to the Dominican Republic, the Department of State suggests to be aware of the surroundings, does not physically resist any robbery attempt, and does not show the signs of wealth other than other indicators.

Turkish and Kekos Island
The crime was issued on March 4, 2025, and the “Level 2: Exercise Increase Caution” “Travel Advisory was released for the island.
The consultation has specifically warned against traveling with firearms and ammunition, because “some US citizens have not been detained for several weeks or more after being found with bullets in their luggage.”
For everyone who goes to the Turkish and Kekos islands, the department recommends closer checking for bullets, avoiding walking alone, and not responding to the door at their hotel for any stranger.

Chile
Travel Advisory for Chile on January 16, 2025 due to crime and urban unrest “Level 2: Exercise”.
The consultation states that “street crime (eg, mugs, pick -pockets, theft) is common” and “violent crime rates, such as attacks, massacres, carjacing and residential intervals are increasing.”

Guatemala
On December 30, 2024, “Level 3: Consider” Travel Advisory was released on December 30, 2024.

- San Marcos Department (except the city of San Marcos) due to a crime.
- The Department of Havitanango Department (except the city of Havitiningo) due to crime.
- Guatemala city in Zone 18 and Villa Newva city due to crime.
The advisory states that “in some areas of Guatemala, groups, robbery, carjacking, drug trafficking and violence are troubled.”
For everyone going to Guatemala, the State Department recommends that the beverages never leave without any drinks, do not travel outside the city of Guatemala at night, and stay in hotels with safe parking, indoor menu and professional security staff, among other points.

Belise
On December 30, 2024, a travel advisory was issued for Belize due to the crime.
In this consultation, the “Level 3: revision journey” for Belse City is also a warning, which states that “historically violent crime in Belize is mostly in the south side of Belize City and is related to the gang.”
The Belize advises every person who comes to the State, refusing to wake up at night or driving, not to resist the attempt to physically rob, and refrain from not disclosing wealth, other than other indicators.

Spain
One “Level 2: Exercise Increase Caution” December 23, 2024, was issued a travel advisory for Spain due to terrorism and urban unrest.
The consultation statement said that “terrorist groups continue to plan potential attacks in Spain” and “protests are common” in response to political or economic issues.
Spain suggests every person coming to Spain, refraining from demonstrations, being aware of tourist destinations and crowded places, and following other indicators, as well as following the instructions of local authorities.

Nepal
Due to the ability of isolated political violence, on December 18, 2024, the Travel Advisory for Nepal “Level 2: Exercise Increase” was issued travel advisory.
The consultation states that “political demonstrations intended to be peaceful can sometimes increase violence and can be found by Nepalese authorities.”
Everyone coming to Nepal suggests avoiding the State Department, demonstrations and crowds, monitoring the news of breaking local media, nor tracking or climbing alone.

Costa Rica
One “Level 2: Exercise Increase Caution” was issued on December 10, 2024 for Costa Rica for crimes.
The consultation states that “small crime is common” and “violent crimes, including armed robbery, massacre and sexual abuse, also affect tourists.”
Everyone who visited Costa Rica, the State Department suggests that avoiding loneliness on poor bright beaches or streets, should not resist the robbery efforts or show signs of wealth, other than other points.

Fuzzy
On December 2, 2024, “Level 2: Exercise Routine Precautions” was released on December 2, 2024 due to crime on the trails.
The consultation states that “trails as well as crime, especially phone and bags, are often found in areas where foreigners accumulate” and “can hurt resistance.”
The rest is a “level 1: exercise routine precautions”.

China, Hong Kong and Macau
Due to the arbitrary implementation of the rules, a travel advisory was issued for China and Hong Kong on November 27, 2024.

On September 24, 2024, “Level 4: Do not travel” was issued for Venezuela because the travel advisory was released because it causes misconduct, terrorism, kidnapping, discretion of laws, crime, urban unrest, urban unrest and poor health infrastructure.
