The US delegation meeting with the Russians on Monday is headed by Andrew Pack, a senior director of the White House National Security Council and Michael Anton, director of the Policy Planning Staff in the Department of State. It further states that the Russians represent the Russian House of Parliament, the leader of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Parliament, and the adviser to the Federal Security Service Director Sergey Betda.
