Enclave civil defense officials told Al Jazeera that at least two Palestinians were killed by Israeli tank fire in the Tala al-Sultan neighborhood west of Rafah in southern Gaza.

Reporting from Deir al-Balah in central Gaza, Al Jazeera’s Tariq Abu Azzoum said more than 3,200 aid trucks had entered Gaza during the first four days of the ceasefire.

Since October 7, 2023, at least 47,283 Palestinians have been killed and 111,472 wounded in Israel’s war on Gaza. At least 1,139 people were also killed and more than 200 were taken hostage in Israel during attacks led by Hamas that day.
