Donald Trump announced on Friday that Boeing had been given a contract for the next generation of Air Force’s Steala Fighter aircraft, which the 47th US president has said will be named F -47.

The purpose of this deal is to create a F-22 jet replacement-which has been running for some two decades-with a new, more modern aircraft that is able to work alongside the drone.
“After a tough and full competition between some of the top aerospace companies in the United States, Trump said in television remarks at the Oval Office, Air Force Boeing is giving a contract with the next -generation Air Domino (NGAD) platform.”
He said the price of the contract could not be disclosed for security reasons.
Secretary Defense Pete Hegsith said that the new aircraft “sends a very direct, clear message to our allies that we are not going anywhere, and our enemies … We will be able to show power around the world that are indifferent to generations to come.”
This announcement is an honor for Boeing, which had a difficult time last year in which it struggled with a long strike and safety of labor on its civilian planes.
