Trump administration is fueled by hate. Gen Z can’t give up

President Donald Trump is trying his best to eradicate everything that is dear to my generation because General Z represents the Republican represented.

Play

When Donald Trump was elected for his first presidential term in 2016, I was stunned.

In distress, I don’t know why I was so surprised. I was a liberal in the red state of North Carolina. About three -quarters My Home County went for Trump. I knew that he had entered the conversation online and knew many people of my age who voted for him.

Rising towards my second term, I felt nothing. I knew exactly what to expect. It does not stop fear that I now feel on a regular basis.

It seems that the sad tactics of Trump’s second administration have no end. Only in the past few weeks, it has tried to remove trans people from public life, sent immigration and customs to immigrants for terrorism, threatened to accelerate ceasefire in Gaza, and economic Decisions have been made which will cause everyday goods prices. To get up.

I am part of the Generation Z, born between 1997 and 2012 – a generation that had nothing to say to a large extent when Trump was first elected. In 2020, we rejected it.

Even in 2024, adults under the age of 30 voted for Democratic presidential nominee Kamla Harris More than any other age group. We don’t want it. We never wanted it.

So I know that there are many people in the generation, who have come around, like me, when they try to wrap their heads around the United States anti -Maga -takeover. For these people, I want to say that it will be fine. We cannot give up.

Trump dislikes everything about General Z.

I am 27 years old. In most parts of the General Z, it makes me ancient.

I am quite old that Hillary Clinton voted in the 2016 elections. I am so old that Covade is a college veteran before 19. I am so old that I have seen years of protests and resistance against Trump, who are committed to using the United States to transform the United States into a Republican Heliskap in the first 100 -day post.

I can also know that Trump and Republicans are going to face a brutal election in Midterm in 2026.

In many ways, small percentage General Z Represent the most fear of the Republican Party: 6 % of zoomers were born outside the United States. 22 % of immigrants are children.

More than 1 out of 5 General Z Adult Identify as LGBTQ+; 2 % of the generation Identifies as a transgender. Trump’s actions only make the matter more and give us reasons for paying attention.

Despite the overall blue trend, we are still a deeply distributed breed.

General Z is a sub -site that does not politically disagree with me. Are the ones who believe in it Eagnes is in VogueThose who want freedom to call Silver and who support mega and Trump more than supporting traditional Republican values.

In this section of General Z, I would like to ask: Is your life better because someone else is losing their rights? Eggs are still high. Wages have not increased. For the first time, Trump has not made it easy for domestic buyers, nor has he talked about his plan to help student loans.

From my point of view, things are still very serious for my generation.

Now isn’t the time we give up fighting the world we want for

I know many people in my generation who are disappointed, the country that is taking a sharp turning point. At this point, it is easy to give up fear. Do not

At such times, hope itself is a basic process. Someone has to refuse to withdraw from the world we want.

The thing to do now is to find your community, whatever. Demand that your representatives took action. Protest on the streets. Join it where you live in the purpose you support. There are still democratic leaders at all levels of government who can do something to deal with Trump’s basic and hateful agenda. Push the Republican plot to prevent us from organizing and finding the community together.

The Trump administration is trying to take everything from us. Don’t let them take your happiness. Don’t let them take your agency. Don’t let them get their votes in 2026.
