It contains web cut security and is applicable iOS and ipados 18.3.2, MacOS 15.3.2, and Visionos 2.3.2 the same.
Apple’s details are:
Impact: Web content made malicious may be able to eliminate web content. This is an additional fix for an attack that was blocked in iOS 17.2. (Apple is aware of a report that the issue has been exploited in a very sophisticated attack against specific target persons on the iOS version before iOS 17.2.)
Description: An out -of -the -way writing issue with better checks to prevent unauthorized steps was focused.
As Apple mentioned, the web cut weakness has been for a while as it was actually identified by the company in iOS 17.2 a year ago.
However, Apple apparently discovered an additional fix.
Although notes mentioned that the issue has been exploited for selected persons, they are very clear that such a violation has already been done only before iOS. We can assume that this means that Apple is currently unaware of any exploitation that has been ahead of its early 2023 accuracy.
