Golden State Warriors Star Stef Carey Alma has accepted the role of Assistant General Manager for basketball programs at Davidson College.
Curry, who is the NBA champion four times with Warrior, played for wild cats in three season between 2006 and 2009, where he was nominated twice the Conference Player of the Year.
Davidson Said in a statement That this position is a “consulting” role and will share his experiences with both men and women’s basketball programs at Carey School.
Curry was selected by Warriors as No. 7 in the 2009 NBA Draft, where he is currently playing in his 16th season.
The Golden State Guard and wife Aisha is developing an “eight -figure fund” to help the school basketball teams, including Alum Matt Berman, who played football for three years in Davidson, his sister Erica and Father Dawn.
“Davidson’s experience is advanced,” Curry said in a statement.
“Ever since I reached Davidson in 2006, my journey showed that I had the opportunity to play basketball at a high level, Davidson received a great education, a wonderful network and Davidson flaging.
“I want a very talented, high -character student players the same experience.”
Berman, who is at stake in the English Soccer Club Bernley, will also work as Assistant GM.
Curry scored 24 points when Dubs defeated Portland Trail Blazers 130-120 on Monday for the team’s fifth straight win.
Golden State Head Coach Steve Kerr called Curry’s Assistant GM position “formal” according to athletic Anthony Slater.

In 2022, Davidson retired Curry’s No. 30 jersey and added it to the school hall of the Fame.
The 36-year-old has still recorded the NCAA for most of the Thrace, which he found in 2007-08.
Curi has been named NBA twice regularly as a regular season MVP and is an 11 -time all -star.
