IThere may not be crazy there, but small business owners are feeling right. According to PNC Bank78 % This year is expected about the possibility of a 23 -year -old high mark. Banking platform Bluenine Last week it was reported that the small business confidence is “increased” and “more than ever”. Recent index from National Federation of Independent Business Under manufacturing, it shows the hope of small business in the industries, and that overall emotions are at historic heights.
Do these people not read the news?
According to Donald Trump’s will, he will not/will threaten to impose revenue on US largest trading partners. We have been told that the hard -working laborer will squeeze the market before the massive exile. Small businesses and non -profit that work on government -run projects are facing cash flu shortages due to its freezing on payments, while a large number of government workers who use local small businesses for everything from dry cleaning to pizza are unemployed. Economists are predicting That our economy will contract – agreement! – Next quarter
All this seems like bad news for a small business owner. And still… hopeful. Why?
One of the reasons may be that this survey was taken before all this equipment was taken. But I am not sure that I buy this theory because it assumes what we are getting when Trump wins the election. He has always been very clear about his plans for rates, non -documentary immigrants and his plans to reduce federal spending. He is doing exactly what he said he was going to do.
You can argue that small business owners are just bid and do not truly understand the implications of their policies. I have heard people growing this point and it is a bit unpleasant. During the years I have met thousands of small business owners. The bidding business does not last long. Small business owners who voted for Trump – and many were – they were fully aware of the economic implications that would be due to their suggestions. These are not stupid people.
We are only six weeks in its administration, but my smart clients do not work on such a timetable. They are looking for months, even years. They are now making decisions and investments that will affect their business in the future. They always have to think ahead because they have people who trust them – employees, consumers, partners, suppliers – and if they are not waiting, the livelihood of these people will be in danger. They understand that Trump’s policies will be disrupting. But they are just looking forward to the short term. And the polls show what they are doing.
Business owners understand Trump. They like that they are reducing costs despite obstacles, as they look forward to the moving financial mountain. They like that they are fighting to reduce the prices by raising themselves as many people have faced the consequences of competing against foreign companies with the help of their governments. They, too, are expecting that they are permanently or at least expanding the many benefits of tax deductions and tax deductions and jobs.

Business owners are also hopeful because in Trump they see someone like themselves: transactional, profitable, anxious of workers who do not work hard, criticize bureaucracy that kills productivity. And, like many successful business owners and businessmen I know, that is a fighter. He also likes to be a boss and enjoy doing what he is doing.
Clinton, Bush, Obama and Biden were all politicians in the career. Trump now has a political experience. But he is still a businessman in his heart. To him, everything is a bargain. Agree or not, love it or hate it, small business owners, very least, understand it. Still – it is about to interfere in four years.
