Jimmy Garopulo is kept.
ESPN.com’s Adam Scheffer reports that the veteran quarterback has agreed to keep a one -year deal with Rams.
In 2014, Patriots’ second round Chen, Garopapolo, became a 49ers star in trade in 2017. He spent 2023 with Riders a year ago before joining the Rams.
Time advises two things. One, Garopolo had no viable option to start. Two, Remus was making it clear that if he did not offer, he would need to move towards another option to become the No. 2 option behind Matthew Stafford.
And so it will be another year with Rams in the LA, as well as if Stafford goes after this year, then with the possibility of becoming a short -term bridge.
