Peruvian fisherman found alive after 95 days lost at sea

Peru’s state -run news agency Andina reported on Saturday that a Peruvian fisherman was found alive in the Pacific in the Pacific.

According to Andena, 61 -year -old Maximo Napa Castro left his fishing boat from the coastal city of Marcona, the south of the country, on December 7, but due to the bad weather, he stared on his way and lost his direction.

The agency said they found a March 11 fishing boat in the waters away from the coast of northern Peru, in heavy water shortages and in critical condition.

After his savings, Napa Castro told local media in a tear interview that he managed to survive by drinking rain water on the boat and eating insects, birds and turtles.

Fisherman’s daughter Anis Napa Taurus thanked Ecuadorian fishermen for saving her father’s life.

Napa Castro’s family and groups of fishermen have been looking for it for three months.
