Captain Salman Agha’s decision was not surprising, as the chasing team won each of the first three games of the series.
New Zealand made two changes to the team, losing the third match in Auckland by nine wickets on Friday, leaving Pakistan back to 2-1.
Both are in their seam attack, with Zack Folks and will replace Will Overk Kyle Jameson and Ben Sears.
Pakistan is not a change with the team that won in Eden Park, which the first century of opener Hassan Nawaz did not run out of 45 balls.
