Menendez brothers’ resentencing bid not supported by Los Angeles DA

The Los Angeles County District Attorney said Monday that they do not support the anger of Lyall and Eric Menandez, who lives in prison without the possibility of parole for the killing of their parents, juices and Kitty Minds in 1989.

Former Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gaskin requested the court to request the two men angry at the age of 50, which is one of the brothers’ independence. Gaskin was defeated by Nathan Jay Hutchman, who is now asking the court to withdraw the movement.

Hachman said the brothers did not meet the standards of anger because they had lied about working in their defense on the night of the murder and tried to misunderstand them during their trial.

“They do not meet the standard of rehabilitation. They have not exhibited full insights and have not accepted their full responsibility for their actions,” Hutchman said.
