Indiana police said the officer involved in the shooting was kept on administrative leave.
“For full transparency, I requested the Indian State Police to investigate the officer’s firing,” said Jasper County Sheriff Patrick Williamson.
Hitt, and his uncle Dale Hitt, were among the hundreds of people who had sentenced to a storm over capital more than four years ago.
He was in the US capital for ten minutes during a riot in Hittle Hittle and was eventually sentenced to six months in prison as part of a application contract. He was released from custody in July 2024.
His uncle had earlier said that he had no regrets to take part in the corruption: “I am not ashamed to be there. It was our duty as a patriot.”
This is not the first case of the January 6 riot that has to face problems with the law after his pardon. Another Florida group, Daniel Bell, was re -presented last week on federal gun charges.
Both Hitt and Bell were among the hundreds of defendants on January 6, with their allegations against Trump returning to the White House on the first day.
Among those whose allegations were fired included proud boys and some of the oath -taking leaders.
“These people have been destroyed,” Trump said, announcing the planes. “What they did with these people (justice system) is provocative. There has been something like this in the history of our country.”
But some have been criticizing Trump’s riots.
