Warner’s lawyer Howard King told the BBC in a statement that he was “very happy” with the decision and his client has always maintained his innocence.
The four women who filed a lawsuit accused of sexual and physical abuse include Model Ashley Morgan Smith Line, Game of Thrones actress Esim Benko and former Warner’s Assistant Assistant Ashley Walters. The fourth woman chose to remain anonymous.
“We recognize and appreciate the courage and flexibility of those women who come forward to make reports and share their experiences,” said Nathan Jay Hochaman, from the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office.
“We thank them for their support and patience in the investigation.”
Authorities launched their investigations in 2021, reviewing the alleged incidents between 2009 and 2011 in western Hollywood, where Warner lived.
Overall, more than a dozen women made allegations against the rock star, including their ex -fiancé Ivan Rachel Wood.
Smith Line – who filed the latest case of four women – said in court documents that Warner had repeatedly “threatened his life”, and said he would “find him” and “If he When he left him, he killed him. ”
His testimony echoes Walters’ experiences, which described Warner as a terrible and violent boss in court documents that allowed friends to stop and kiss him. He also worked it for 48 consecutive hours.
Ever since the allegations were made, Warner’s record labels, booking agents and manager have cut off relations with them.
Warner wrote in an Instagram post in February 2021, “Obviously, my art and my life have long been a result of conflicts, but these recent claims about me are a horrific distortion of reality.”
