She said she married her husband almost two years ago for love, adding that the couple had no children. He said that he was immediately married. After her husband’s behavior changed, she started to abuse her regularly.

The FIR said it had “created interest in other women”. On March 14, when he did not return home until late at night, his wife said he suspects that he is probably in the company of another woman.

The wife said in the FIR that when she tried to contact the other woman, her husband picked up a cell phone, and started abusing her when she made a phone call.

The FIR said that when the suspect returned home at 11:30 pm, he began to beat his wife and poured kerosene oil and burned him with anger.

It added that the suspect managed to escape, while the wife said he had suffered a burning wounds and his father -in -law took him to the Burns Center for treatment. The complainant said she wants legal action against her husband to beat her and set fire to her husband.

On Saturday, a woman searching for the shell was allegedly killed by her husband outside the Malir Court premises. Police said that 45 -year -old Rahemat Begum was killed with a knife and her 18 -year -old daughter was injured by her husband Sarwar outside the Malir Court. Police arrested the suspect after the incident.
