A Federal Judge in Boston on Monday extended his block on the deadline of the Trump administration for more than 2 million federal employees to accept a controversial purchase after challenging the legal status of the project.

US District Judge George O’ -Toll, who stopped the purchase offer on Thursday, issued a temporary prevention order against the program on Monday. He said that this order will remain until “unless I respond to the issues presented.”

On Friday, about 65 65,000 federal workers signed up for the program. The government’s performance target, headed by Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk, is to reduce the federal manpower, which can try to save trillions of costs.

The department has also tried to abolish the US agency for international development, which provides foreign aid, and after the financial crisis, the Consumer Surveillance Bureau, which was created by the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau in 2011.

The Justice Department’s Attorney Eric Hamilton called Trump’s “Human of Ramp” for frustrated people to reduce the size of the workforce and to eliminate the ability to work home.

But four unions – American Federation of Government employees; AFL-CIO; US Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees; And the National Association of Government Employees – warned that Trump could not stick to the program or not.

And critics have noted that Trump is promising salaries in September when the government is financed only by mid -March.

The unions also questioned how the workers’ pensions, health insurance and other benefits would be affected.

A lawyer for the union said the project was done in a “slap” fashion, which was rarely considered how it could hinder the operation in agencies like the Department of Veterans Affairs.

“They failed to consider the government’s permanent work,” said lawyer Elena Goldstine.

The administration calls a resignation plan, workers were now invited to quit their jobs and payment is continued till September 30. The first deadline was postponed till Monday due to a judicial war on Thursday.
