Inside the First Newly Restored Airport Hotel Built by Henry Ford

  • In Michigan, Dearbourne was one of the first airport hotels in the United States.
  • Henry Ford now built a hotel from the defective Ford Airport in 1931.
  • The historic hotel has been renovated for two years and is shaking the head of the Ford and Ford Motor Company.

Derborne, who is one of the first US airport hotels, reopened after a two -year renovation of a historic property built by Henry Ford in 1931 in Michigan on Wednesday.

The hotel, now located across the Deforf Ford Airport, still has some Ford’s original design choices that hosted world leaders and magnets from the days.

“Ever since the guests pass through our doors, we want them to be affected by the history of them and through the trail bulls, who once passed through our doors,” said Julisha Bradley. “The hotel is a welcome retreat and residential museum, which has historical samples made throughout the property.”
