ISLAMABAD: An inquiry committee identified millions of rupees in the Zakat Fund and recommended action against the officials involved in the corrupt process.
Sources said that an inquiry committee, which was formed in October 2024, recently completed its search, identified the alleged embezzlement by several district administration officials and local chairman of the Zakat Committee.
