Indiana Attorney General files lawsuit against Jasper-based travel company

Jasper, India.

The legalization alleges that the Gogo Travel Consulting LLC mistakenly identified himself using the identity of Indiana’s licensed real estate broker without his consent.

It is ahead to say that they used this identity to convince consumers that they were engaged with a legitimate travel consulting services.

They will then try to sell a time -share rent or purchase contract.

Rokta filed a lawsuit through his home owner’s protection unit, which is part of the office’s conservation division.

The HPU investigation revealed that the phone number used by the Gogo Travel, which was introduced as a number starting in southern Indiana, was eventually linked to two Mexican citizens living in Porto Valerta, who are alleged to be conspiring in the fake scheme.

Rockta’s office says older adults are especially prone to time -share scams, which often include high pressure sales plans, including fake claims for keeping time -share properties.

Victims are generally considered to pay a fee in advance for taxes or shutdown expenses, just to find out that promised transactions never happen.

Husers are encouraged to contact the Attorney General’s office about any suspected scams or scam efforts.
