NEW DELH Meeting with Trump
India, the world’s largest arms importer, traditionally relies on Russia. Last month, Trump told Modi, who turned to Washington for a two -day visit on Wednesday, to buy more US -made security equipment and “move towards fair trade relations”.
India and the United States have long been talking about the mutual production of fighter vehicles developed by the General Movement of the Holy Prophet and has been used by the US military. Two sources said that they were also working to wrap up an agreement on the mutual production of fighter jet engines in India for the Indian Air Force, the agreement was agreed in 2023.
