Tie Barrett has been appointed Director of Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center Regional Office at Arkansas University – Fort Smith. There, he will guide efforts to support businessmen and small businesses in the river Valley.
With more than three decades of experience in finance and community banking, Barrett brings extensive skills in business consultation, debt development and strategic planning. Earlier, he served as the President and CEO of the Spiro State Bank, where he worked for 27 years, which included 10 years as the chairman of the board.
