In a news release from Kikifer’s Entrepreneur Academy103 W. Main Saint, Private School says its litigation alleges that WCMHB and other community leaders have repeatedly excluded black -owned organizations from access to funds for mental health measures.

- Illinois Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) violations – WCCMHB, Winbago County, R1PC, and ZRFM delayed access to public records, delaying access to public records in exposing their funding decisions.
- Conflict of interest and government mismanagement. County officials and board members have failed to disclose financial relations with white -owned organizations, while refusing to engage with black -owned organizations.
In January, the KEA was preparing to review its grant requests from the WCCMHB to create a new mental health facility. At that time, Kaya said that his money was denied by the board three times since August.
