Elon Musk and Open have received a joint ground silver during their ongoing legal battle. The two sides have agreed to accelerate the trial over their dispute over the open transfer of an open.
In filing Friday’s court, Tesla’s CEO and Open proposed to be tried in December and proposed a postponement to delay the decision whether the jury would hear the case.
Musk, who had raised Openi along with CEO Sam Altman, has been disagreement with the company since his departure from his board of directors in 2018.
He made a Food official last year when he first filed a lawsuit against the Open in a California state court. He later withdrew the case and filed a new court in the Federal Court in August last year, and claimed that the Open “cheated” his mission when he added a profitable arm in 2019 and then deepened his contribution with Microsoft in 2023.
Earlier this month, a judge denied Musk’s bid to prevent Altman from turning Open from a completely profitable institution, but it was agreed that other areas of the case could be accelerated in the fall trial.
US District Judge Yun Gonzalez Rogers rejected the request for a stay order on the reorganization of Musk’s Open, calling it “extraordinary and rare”, but added that the court is ready for a “sharp -based” agreement on the “stake -based” contract.
Open refuses to comment. However, in a blog post on Friday, the company said it had welcomed the decision and were waiting for Musk’s case against the “baseless, seriously self -serving case” in court.
Openi wrote, “We fully intended (1) to maintain non -profit as an important part of your work to achieve our mission, and (2) Make sure its help is not only a successful business, but also in a much stronger position than ever before.”
Musk was part of the group that launched the company in February. He was shot.
“Perhaps his entire life is as insecurity. I feel for this boy,” the Altman said in an interview on the occasion of the Paris Action Summit. “I don’t think he’s a happy person. I feel for him.”
