Rwanda -backed M -3 is locked in an aggression on Koomo, South Kyo, which has killed thousands of people and displaced a large number.
A summit of African leaders to tackle the crisis in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) has directed the Army Chiefs to meet within five days and “provide technical directions on immediate and unconditional ceasefire”.
