The name of John Du was cited in judicial documents, the plaintiff alleges that he was taken to a back room at the Sohu Club where people were using drugs and engaged with escorts.
He said he realized that the drinks that were given were promoted and “his faculty has been affected”.
In his statement, the plaintiff says he came out in and out in consciousness and when he knew what was happening, he could not stop it.
The statement alleges that the “defense” plaintiff was raped by the comb in the back room of the nightclub.
