Dera Ismail Khan: A local panchayat (tribal court) on Friday (March 7) forcibly condemned the 11 -year -old daughter of a poor man for a venue, who fired his father in a world of despair in the Bhagwani Shumali area to kill his father.
A policeman said Don The girl’s father, who was destroyed by injustice, took poisonous pills on Saturday. He was taken to the hospital, where he died.
The official had said before the tragic act that the same panchayat had already received Rs 700,000 from the poor man.
The incident has spread anger among the locals, who demanded high justice from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa IGP Zulfiqar Hameed, Regional Police Officer Syed Ashfaq Anwar and Dera District Police Officer Sajjad Ahmad Shahbazada.
Following the orders of the Dera RPO, a police team headed by ASP Paharpur Ali Hamza registered a case and arrested two suspects.
SP Paharpur Gohar Khan said the girl was recovered from the custody of the accused.
Police said that the influential figures in the Bhagwani Shumali area accused Adil, who is a poor barber, is his dishonesty because his nephew allegedly talked to Farid’s daughter, who is an influential figure. Seeing this as a humiliation, he kidnapped Adil through Malik Anitullah and brought him to his Dera (Guest House), where he called the panchayat.
During this so -called tribal court, Adil was brutally tortured and forced to sign a stamp paper, and he agreed to abandon his 11 -year -old daughter as a renovation in the vein. Surprisingly, the accused had already forced Adil to pay Rs 700,000 as a compensation.
Breaking up with trauma, Adil recorded a heartbreaking audio message before taking his life. In his last words, he took the name of Anitullah, Farid and others, in which justice requested and demanded the protection of his family and children.
Meanwhile, a woman allegedly killed her husband with the help of her son in a dispute, and buried the body in the courtyard of her house.
Police on Sunday included the mother and son involved in the incident and launched an investigation.
The incident took place in the boundary of the bandcore police station in Owen village, a police official said. Police have arrested both the suspects, he said.
