Following the request of the Prosecution Branch, DSJ Syed Anis Raja announced the decision, after which the Judicial Magistrate of Parapur was instructed to complete the emission and post -mortem process.

In its petition, the prosecution branch said that it was very important to determine the real situation around Adil’s death. The court accepted the request and issued exile and medical examination orders to expose the real reasons behind his death.

In addition, Paharpur police have formally requested a forensic analysis of the audio message, which Adil allegedly recorded before he was killed.

According to police officials, the forensic exam will help confirm the authenticity of the recording and it will be determined whether Adil has really died of suicide due to inconvenience or if it involved other factors.

Meanwhile, Malik Anitullah, the main accused in the vein case, received interim bail from a local court, while police continued to investigate the case.

Adil, who is a resident of Bhagwani Shumali, in the Paharpur Tehsil area, allegedly ended his life instead of opposing the illegal decision of a so -called tribal court, Panchayat.

Before his death, he recorded an audio message protesting against the inhuman act of the vein.

Reports show that the panchayat initially fined Adil 600,000 for alleged mistakes by his nephew. A few days later, he issued another decision, and forced Adil’s 12 -year -old daughter to go to the venue, which caused her to suffer severe mental distress.

After Adil’s tragic death, his six daughters and only sons are left without any support. The bereaved family has appealed to the government and the superior judiciary for justice, and demanded strict legal action against those responsible for this cruel act.
