Apple, Pa (WPV) – There may be a lifeline on the table to prevent a cruiser Chester Medical Center and Taylor Hospital from being closed.

During a bankruptcy court hearing in Texas on Wednesday, the lawyer of the Prosecutor Medical Holdings, who owns a cruiser, told the judge that the ongoing negotiations were underway, but he cautiously hopes that the Delaware County hospitals will be opened.

The Prosecutor filed a file to close the two hospitals earlier this month, but state and county officials approved a $ 20 million lifeline to keep them open in late March.

Another bankruptcy hearing is scheduled for next Wednesday, where we can learn if there is an agreement to prevent the two hospitals from being closed.
