Koloradin is watching how US Department of Education deducted
The state can affect moving forward.
This week the department removed 1,300 jobs. Another 600 employees resigned, with almost half of their manpower. Department staff at the Federal Building on Spare Bouver in Denver were told not to come to work on Wednesday, but the Denver Office was not subjected to deductions.
Nevertheless, the elimination of jobs in the neighboring areas in the Office for Civil Rights is some concern that it will be more difficult for students to be discriminated against.

While President Trump said his administration would transfer control of education to the states, he had also signed several executive orders for the establishment of federal rules for K-12 schools.

Trump said, though he would like to end the education department, a Congress Act is needed to do so.
“There is a question about whether the department can fulfill its legal and constitutional duties as a whole, if it reduces its capacity in a meaningful way,” said Dr. Kevin Waler of the National Education Policy Center at the University of Colorado Bolder.
The department said it would continue to monitor the formula for financing, students’ loans, yellow grants, funding for students with special needs and competitive grant making.
