China tariffs on US farm products start today

(CNN) – China is imposing China’s new revenge tax on the United States agricultural goods on Monday.

President Donald Trump says his trade policies will eventually make the United States richer, but his administration is starting to recognize the possibility of some short -term pain for Americans.

Some US trade partners are cracking on US exports.

On Monday, new vengeance revenue on many products sending US farmers to China has to face new retaliation.

These measures include an additional 15 % duty on chicken, wheat, corn and cotton and 10 % on items, including beef and soybeans.

Some American farmers say they are worried that increasing trade tensions can make it difficult to sell their products abroad.

“What we prepare is far greater than the domestic market,” said Farmers Stein Lindel.

Meanwhile, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s newly elected successor stands with Canada’s retaliation against the United States.

“My government will maintain our prices until the Americans respect us,” said Mark Carney, a Canadian Liberal Party leader.

Trump is doubled and says that the schedule on April 2 can “increase the revenue on Canada and some Mexican goods.”

Commerce Secretary Howard Lotnik says steel and aluminum import duties are scheduled to begin on Wednesday.

Most mainstream economists say revenue can be inflation.

Lutink has acknowledged that some prices may rise in the United States, but Trump insists that any trouble will be short -term.
