Billy Joel announced on Tuesday that he was reorganizing several tour dates so that he could focus on recovering from the recent surgery.
Social Seat On his Instagram page, the news, writing in a statement that the visit would be postponed for four months so that Joel “could undergo physical therapy under the supervision of his doctors.”
“Although I’m sorry to postpone any show, my health should come first. I look forward to returning to stage and sharing the joy of music directly with my amazing fans,” Joel wrote. “Thank you for your understanding.”
The statement added that they are expected to “completely recover” from “unknown medical condition”.
The “pianman” singer is postponing eight shows. The current ticket holders will have the honor of buying their purchase at the re -scheduled shows, which is now taking place in November 2026.
The visit is set to resume on July 5 at the Pittsburgh Eccesser Stadium.
