Apple Software Update Will Radically Change iPhone, iPad and Mac, Report Says

Apple is reportedly developing an important new design of the operating system for the iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Bloomberg Reports That is that iOS 19, iPados 19 and Macos 16 – which were developed to unveil in the annual World Wide Developers Conference in June – this will look completely different, which will make changes to everything from icons, menoes and apps to Windows and System buttons.

This updated, called the Bloomberg report “monitoring the most dramatic software in the company’s history”, is aimed at facilitating the user’s experience, especially how to control and navigate the equipment. It also tries to create a maximum compatible design in the platforms, as some apps and icons vary in terms of device.

Referring to anonymous sources, Bloomberg said the design is “loose” based on the company’s mixed reality headset, Vision Pro’s software interface.

Apple launched the vision pro in 2023 for a mixed reception. Visionos has more rounded icons, a sleek window system and depth and shadow over iOS and MacOS.

Apple’s representative did not respond to a comment.

Over Hall comes at a time when Apple is looking for ways to resurrect its products. The company recently reported a 1 % dip in iPhone sales during the holiday quarter, less than expected. Meanwhile, delays in the rollout of an advanced AI -powered Siri can have a further impact on sales, as competitors intensify their AI efforts. The re -design can also focus on Apple’s AI steps in the WWDC in June.

The report states that since the IOS7 in 2013, it will identify the most important MacOS update after the IOS’s largest new design and the Big SER operating system are released in 2020.

Re -designing a complicated experience of the user

Market research firm IDC analysts, Jeish Obrani, noted that although iPados have become more advanced in the past years, many new features are somewhat hidden from daily users and other elements of the interface and complicates the user’s experience.

“If Apple is able to re -design significantly, it could potentially improve its products,” he said.

Obrani also argued that Macos and iOS changes are still needed to help modernize the shape of the operating system.

But Obrani is not necessarily confident that it will only help in sale. He said that his focus is to better provide any platform without interruption and permanent experience.
