For Kittan, who was born and raised in the US but lived in the UAE for two years as a child, going to Dubai was a homecoming. “It’s a very fast-paced, multicultural environment,” says Cutton, who travels the world for her work as its founder and CEO. Huda Beauty Cosmetics “It’s probably one of the fastest. [cities] I have ever seen. When I go to New York, New York is too slow for me.”
Kattan, whose brand is headquartered in Dubai, likes to hit the spa in her downtime. “[It’s] All the better, she says. “It’s about going to spas, enjoying a massage, a hammam, a facial. It’s definitely about investing in yourself.”
And Dubai’s footfall in the world of beauty is also increasing. Dyer Opened its first spa in the city in 2024 and five star Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab The hotel with its three-story spa will open in 2025. “Dubai is definitely gaining a lot of credibility in beauty,” says Kattan. “I’ve had big celebrities ask me, ‘What’s going on in Dubai? What are all the treatments people are doing?'”
