Federal judge fumes over Trump administration’s late-night deportation move

A federal judge on Friday had clearly stopped the move despite a court order before the Trump administration’s lawyers were deported from El Salvador on Friday-which is the latest in a long legal dispute that can make its way to the Supreme Court.

During the movement’s hearing, US District Court Judge James Boseberg called on Deputy Assistant Attorney General Drew why the Trump administration failed to comply with an emergency court order, which used the use of a resident of 1498, with a 14 -day -long man, to deport Venezuela’s citizens.

At least 261 migrants were deported from the United States to El Salvador on Saturday, including more than 100 Venezuela citizens who were subject to “completely” removal of a temporary blocked law by the court.

Boseberg used the first part of Friday’s hearing to suppress Ensin for details about the government’s deportation flights for El Salvador.

“On Friday, on Saturday morning, why the announcement was signed in the dark, and then did these people arrive on the planes?” Bosberg asked the lawyers of the Justice Department. “To me, the only reason to do this is that if you know the problem, and you want to get them out of the country before the suit is filed.”

What he knew about the exile during the court hearing last week was also pressured in length, when the Bosburg ordered the Trump administration to temporarily remove any planned migrants from Venezuelan, temporarily subject to the alien enemy act.

Bosburg issued a bench order on Saturday that ordered the immediate return of any Venezuelan citizens deported, which was subjected to deportation under the Allen Enemy Act.

Judges Wei Trump: Here are key court battles that stop the White House agenda

“Can I now ask you how did you interpret this statement when we spoke on Saturday?” He asked Eisen. “Did you not understand my statement during this hearing?”

“You told me that you didn’t have any details about the plane flights, then we held a break for 38 minutes to find the details.” “And then when you came back – and although flights were in the air, you represented that you have no detail of flights?”

“That’s right,” Enisin replied, told the judge that no one would give him the information he had asked for deportation flights. “I didn’t know they were in the air,” he said.

Boseberg has ordered the Trump administration officials to explain why they failed to comply with its order because exile flights need to be returned, and did they deliberately refuse their decision and land in El Salvador.

Although the judge acknowledged that the Trump administration had a “vast way” to enforce the immigration law, he has repeatedly expressed disappointment with the government and expressed his failure to answer big questions about flights.

Who is the US Judge James Boseberg at the center of Trump’s exile efforts?

He reiterated these concerns on Friday, and gave birth to new people about the clear denial of the administration’s federal judges.

Judge Boseberg told Eisen, “Falchers are horrible.” Bosburg noted, “If the courts cannot review the use of the administration of the law of deportation of the war time, he said,” Then the president can say that anyone is attacking. If a foreign fisherman falls into US waters, the president can say that this is an attack. “

“Even you will say that it is worrying,” he said.

“It depends on the Congress,” Eisen replied.

In a court order filed on Thursday, Bosburg forced lawyers for the Justice Department to fail to answer their questions about exile flights, even when they allowed them to do so under the seal, noting that the government had “abolished its responsibilities again.”

It is not yet clear whether the Trump administration will demand the privilege of state secrets in the judicial war, which can allow them to stop some information for national security purposes.

In a court statement filed on Friday morning, US Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche told Boseburg that he was aware of cabinet -level debates that requested the privilege. They can present this argument at the Appellate Court hearing next week.

Billench told the court on Friday that the privilege is “a serious matter that requires careful consideration of national security and foreign relations, and cannot be taken properly in just 24 hours.”

President Donald Trump demanded in a social media post on Friday that the Supreme Court has taken steps to control federal judges, who have stopped more than 300 executive orders and actions.

At the truth, Trump, before it is too late, intercede to stop the order from nationwide, before it is too late.

“If Justice Roberts and the Supreme Court of the United States do not immediately fix this toxic and extraordinary situation, our country is in serious trouble!” He said.
