Police said the owners were keeping an eye after breaking their business a few days ago. They arrived at the shop when they saw someone on their surveillance camera overnight.
Houston, Texas (KTR) – According to police, a business owner in northern Houston shot a potential thief overnight.
Houston police said a mechanic’s shop from W 18th Street and Ella Bouquer had been broken a few days ago. The suspect was not caught, and the owners were allegedly keeping an eye.
Around 2pm on Friday, police said business owners saw someone on their surveillance camera and reached the business to counter it.
The HPD said that some kind of fighting started, and at the same time when the owners shot the man.
The man was shot in the stomach and taken to the hospital. ABC13 is working to seek refreshing this person’s condition.
Business owners are cooperating with investigators, police said. It is unclear whether any charges will be made.
