Riley, NC (WTVD) – The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHS) released the latest number of flu -related deaths on Wednesday as the Spring Brake continues for many students and families.
Statistics show that 34 people were killed in the flu in North Carolina last week.
Prior to the Spring Break Travel, Dr. Adam Goldstine, Chief Medical Officer of United Healthcare, issued five points to reduce your health safety and stress.

Goldstine advises people to get the right amount of sleep as it can help someone’s immune system and help recover injuries.

He also suggested that passengers could be examined for drug restrictions for the country, which would allow them to avoid being able to confiscate their medication. Go If possible, keep in carrying all the necessary medicines for easy access.
