Two Republican Senators Sent a letter The US Small Business Administration (SBA) to demand answers as to why the US -planned parenthad federation received more than 100 million Million in Code 19 Relief Funds, which legislators have alleged that it was “illegal”.

According to the letter, people associated with the planned parents received about $ 120 million in PPP loans in 2020 and 2021.
Lawmakers have questioned financial support for the past few years, though they have not received information from the previous administration.
“The Biden administration hindered our investigations into the potentially illegal applications of PPP loan to planned parental institutions, and we are confident that the Trump administration will provide transparency to the American people,” police said in a statement to CNA.
Ernst said in a statement to CNA that PPP loans were “designed to help Americans struggling during pandemic disease, not going to disqualify recipients for abortion on demand.”
He added, “The Biden administration stoned my surveillance efforts at every turn and prevented the American people from learning how the planned parentalism was included in cash.”
“Now that the Administrator Loffler has begun a new era of transparency in the SBA, I look forward to working with him to uncover the truth and to stop the flow of these funds.”
Senators are requesting all records related to the parents’ facilities planned for PPP funds, as well as any communication with those associated. He also sought information about the funds collection efforts, which were wrongly given to the planned parents and why their explanation was explained.
According to the letter, under the first Trump administration, the SBA told those associated with planned parents that they had falsely applied for PPP’s 38 million loans and were informed that they needed to withdraw the money.
However, under the Biden administration, in 2021, the SBA approved an additional $ 40 million financing and allowed at least 44 affiliates to waive their debts.
The Senators’ letter states that “lenders who have made false or wrong qualification certificates on their PPP request are subject to severe fines.”
Senators asked the SBA to investigate whether people belonging to any planned parents had “deliberately made a wrong certification on their requests” and “to follow all the appropriate fines for any illegal participation in the program”.
In a statement to CNA, Susan B. Anthony Pro Life, director of the Legal Affairs and Policy Council in the United States, alleged that the Biden administration had given “illegal” parents’ forgiveness loans, for which they were not allowed to abstain from abusing the people.
