NFL announces 35 compensatory picks for the 2025 draft

The league announced on Tuesday that the NFL awarded 15 teams in the 2025 draft a total of 35 compensation.

Vikings (97th), Dolphins (98th), Giants (99th), 49ers (100th), Rams (101st) and Lions (102nd) received the third round.

Ravens, Cowboys and Dolphins got the highest compensation choice with each of the four, and each of the chargers, 49ers and C -Hawks will have three additional choices.

Bills, bronzees, chiefs and riders will get two compensation choices, and packers, vikings and giants will see an additional choice.

Under the rules of compensation draft selection, a team that loses maximum compensation free agents (“CFA”) compared to the previous year is eligible to pick up the compensation draft.

On the basis of the cost of the compensation free agents, the seventh round will be held through the seventh round.

Free agents are prescribed by a salary, time and post season -based formula. This formula was developed by the NFL Management Council.

In addition to the 32 compensation selection under the pure loss formula, the league’s collective bargaining agreement gave 49ers, rims and lions special compensation elections under the amendment of 2020. The deal promotes equal employment opportunities and a comprehensive manpower within the NFL clubs, which encourages teams to promote and promote minority capabilities for general manager and head coach positions.
