(CNN) – A man who told investigators that he was flying for Washington DC, arrested him after attacking President Donald Trump after allegedly attacking a passenger and threatening a flight attendant aboard a US airline flight.
According to the FBI affidavit obtained by CNN, Texas driver’s License Estroes Motoba Rolemaka, Kansas’ city of Watita, was flying at Ronald Reagan Washington’s national airport last week.
On the last descent of the plane, Rollema left his assigned seat and went to the back of the plane, where he started screaming and took oath from a flight attendant.

According to a criminal complaint filed in the eastern district of Virginia, Rolemaka faces charges of attack.

The affidavit states that Rolemaka had previously faced the Department of Homeland Security in 2014 as he had promoted his visa and the immigration proceedings against him are currently pending.
According to court documents, he was arrested on March 5 and was accused of attacking “beating, strike and injuries”.
“Every standard practice, we refuse to comment on the ongoing investigation. The FBI spokesperson told CNN in a statement that we will hand you over to the public court documents for any question you have.
“On March 5, law enforcement agencies responded to the American Eagle Flight 5574 after arriving at Washington, DCA, which caused a disturbing customer.
“We do not tolerate violence and thank them for the professionalism of our team members,” an airline spokesman said in a statement.
It is unclear whether Rolemaka has filed the petition in this case. The CNN has come out of Rollema’s lawyer for comment.
