2023

How many employees do you work for your company?

We have two employees.

Who are your Grooks?

The TAC Group is an Operations Consulting firm that specializes in improving the launch of a new facility, labor management, and distribution performance.

We help businesses smooth operations, improve utility and successfully scale.

Our team does not just bring ideas, we bring real world experience, which means we offer practical, nonsense solutions that actually work.

Since we have been part of the operation teams ourselves, we understand the challenges ourselves.

That is why we guide us with sympathy, and help businesses harmonize our major image goals with the facts of daily operations.

What is an interesting fact about your business or its history?

Our co -founder, Jack Napolitano, launched his operation in 1999 as a package handler for FedEx in Mini.

Through hard work and dedication, he worked to reach the senior leadership while living in Chicago.

When the opportunity came to help open the FedEx Ground facility in Madletown, Jack and his family took the way back to New England – a place on which they were proud to call home.

Why did you choose the Connecticut?

Connecticut chose us. As our family increased, we realized that the city was not a place where we wanted to raise our children.

Therefore, when the opportunity to help open the FedEx Ground facility in Midlletown, we jumped on it, anxious to build our home in a more family -friendly city.

As our family increased, we realized that the city was not a place where we wanted to raise our children.

Now, with deep roots in West Heartford, it was natural to grow our business here too.

Just as we made our family, we are creating a TAC group here that the community we call home.

What is the biggest benefit of working in connectivity?

The biggest benefit of the TAC group working in connectivity is our deep connection to the local business landscape.

We know the unique challenges facing this region, manpower and companies here.

With a strong logistics network, access to large transportation centers, and growing business community, we are in the best position to help companies smooth tasks and stay competitive.

Our local roots mean that we just don’t bring outside advice.

We bring real, practical solutions that work for business at home.

How do you try to give back your community?

In the TAC group, it is about to lift people.

In the past six years, we have met countless talented warehouse workers and managers who often neglect in corporate shuffle.

We want to find our mission and bring them to the projects where they can develop. People come here first.

We are permanently guiding, educating and helping others to grow, so that they can step into the lead roles in the line.

We are permanently guiding, educating and helping others to grow, so that they can step into the lead roles in the line.

As my father always said, you are just as strong as five fingers on your hand – everyone plays part, and we are strong together.

Where do you see your company in five years? Ten years?

As the TAC group is increasing, our aim is to disrupt the advisory industry over the next five years.

We are bringing real -world experience to the table, providing practical, nonsense solutions that actually work … without the cost of traditional consultation without the costs.

We believe that business deserves skills and straightforward strategies that lead to real results, and that is what we are here to provide here.

What important thing can policy makers implement to make your company more competitive?

Although there are many policies that can help the TAC group, we understand that concessions for the development of manpower in the form of grant or tax credit will provide an easy way to promote skilled capabilities in operations and logistics.

As a result, their connective activities will run more efficiently and will eventually make their tasks in connectivity a high profitable center.
